Q2: Is your items Authentic?
A: All products we sold are replica and not being sold or represented as originals unless stated otherwise. We guarantee that they are 100% brand new and mirror images, have the right tags (authenticity cards, booklets) and every marking. They also come with dust bag or boxes. They are like the real things.
Q3.What is the minimum order? Whether I can mix and match the models and size.
A: The mini. Order is 6-12 pcs according to the specific items. And you can mix and match any items and size.
Q4.Can I buy retail or sample?
A. Yes,retails or samples are available but on extra cost and buyer also pay shipping unlike wholesale we ship freely.
Q5: How can I place my order?
A: Everyone who places order to our company will check an Order Form before paying. The Order Form include the client's full name, company name,email address,phone number,country,shipping address, items number, sizes, quantity, total price and so on. So we need your these information including to finish the Order Form. You can place your order through these ways:
A1: You can place the order on our website directly. We will work out the Order Form in 24 hours.
A2: You can send your order to our company workers through our company emails. (Please only contact with these emails listed on our website. Others are fake.)
A3: You can chat with us Online by MSN or YAHOO.
Q6: What are my payment options?
A: Usually we accept payment by western union or moneygram,as they are fast and safe to do business with.But sometimes we accept paypal.
Q7: How much is your shipping cost?
All wholesale orders are shipped freely by EMS worldwide but for sample or retail orders, the buyer pays shipping though at a reasonable price. Please contact us for details.
Q8: How long does it take before I can receive my order?
A: Provided everything is in stock, we can ship your order in less than 2 days upon the receipt of your payment. Shipping takes 5-7 days. A confirmation and the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or phone as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
Orders normally ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment and you will be emailed a tracking number for www.ems.com.cn so that you may track your shipment.
Q9: Who is your shipper?
A: All products will be shipped via Express Mail - EMS, FedEx, UPS,TNT or DHL.
Q10: What should I do if I still don't receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?
A: You will have to notify us via email at nikehot88@hotmail.com or nikehot88@yahoo.com.cn and we will investigate for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you've paid us and we will ensure you receive your order, by any means necessary. We will inform you of the result within 2 days.
Q11: What will happen if nobody is at home when the package is delivered.
All packages must be signed for. If nobody is at the address you offered to receive your package, it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
Q12: What if the products I need is not available?
A: If the items you need are not posted on our website, you can submit an enquiry to us at nikehot88@hotmail.com or nikehot88@yahoo.com.cn . To facilitate your inquiry, please kindly send us the model name which is identical to the original item(s), if possible; please send us the picture of the items you wish to enquire. We promise it will never be revealed to any third party.
Q13: Do you offer catalog?
A: We do not provide a print catalog. Our online product list is the only catalog though some of the products are not listed.
